Refunds are always subject to approval within 30 days of purchase. Once approved by our customer service department, a Return Authorization number will be given. All freight for the return shipment to us will be the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise agreed upon by us in advance. Refunds will be processed within 48 business hours of the receipt of the returned merchandise, less our 15% restocking fee. If the merchandise is returned with damages, there will be no refund given.
Non-returnable items include all plastic containers, foam, and custom made cables (not factory molded). If there are defects in the product, please contact us within 10 days of receipt of merchandise to discuss the options. No replacement of product will be given if under $10.00 but a refund or credit will be issued.
All Canon product returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee if no sample prior to order was requested.
Shipping and handling fees are never refunded as they are already used.
Refunds will be given as they were received: credit cards by credit cards, checks by checks, PayPal by PayPal as per PCI Compliance Standards.
