DELUXE Model 500   SPLICER - GAUGE - PUNCH

   For use with 1 inch wide (8 channel) paper or tape made of mylar® for NC, CNC or embroidery. These deluxe models come with a cutting blade, 2 arms to hold the tape down, a row of precision located registration pins for splicing and a precision tape guage to check the register of the tape. There is a data patch storage compartment and a permanent cutting shear "push-down-to-cut". No razor blades to replace. Apply the spicing patch to the arm and bring it down onto your tape. Patches not included.

   The model 500 also has a hand punch with 8 positions for the 8 channels and a set of precision located registration pins.

   The model 501 comes without the punch.

   For 1 inch wide (8 channel) You can carry this model around the shop, or keep it in your desk drawer. It's ideal for minor changes in tapes without re-entering your perforating equipment. The plexiglass punch guide makes it easy to see where the corrections are made. Price is $60.00

POCKET SPLICER Model S-4

   For light-duty splicing - this model features a steel block with accurately-spaced feed hole pins and a guide slot for the cutting knife. The cutting knife is included. For 1 inch wide (8 channel) paper tape.

The combination of polyester film and pressure-sensitive adhesive eliminates material migration, or adhesive liquification on normally-oiled tapes. The backing peels apart for quick and easy application. This adhesive works especially well with all polyester mylar®, foil mylar® and paper tapes. All patches are guaranteed to be fresh and sticky. All patches are block punched simultaneously for highest accuracy.
Your choice in splicing patches, black, clear, 10 code, 13 code, 18 code, with just sprocket hole or all 8 holes across. All material is for 1" wide tape.
