The 20 lb. 86500R is 4.0 mil, opacity 89%, whiteness 145 CIE, brightness 92%, smoothness 16, ACID FREE.
20 lb recycled bond paper designed to work with monochrome inkjet printing equipment. Meets government specifications, contains 30% post consumer waste. Improved whiteness and print contrast. Océ recycled bond has excellent dye-based printing quality, and is environmentally friendly. Recycled media is made from 30% post-consumer waste. The cores are made from 100% OCC (old corrugated containers). This paper may also be used for monochrome inkjet.

Oce 863DM is 3 mil, opacity 37%, smoothness 164 inkjet side - 51 drafting side, acid free.
Océ 863DM is a double matte polyester film, top-coated with an inkjet receptive layer for inkjet printing. It is also back-coated to allow easy manual corrections. It is ideal for printing color separations of textile designs with an inkjet printer. This matte film is perfectly suited for all-over prints, as it gives uniform density throughout the print. Pen Plotting Tips

Store your plotter media in a dry, cool area - preferably near your plotter.
Climate can affect your plotter media. Changes in humidity and temperature can cause registration problems. Eliminate these distortions by leaving ONE sheet of media out near your plotter for at least 10 minutes before plotting.
Oils from your hands can cause ink to repel. Always handle plotter media (especially polyester film) by the edges only.
Pen maintenance plays an important role in the plotting process. Clean ALL pens (even disposable pens) after plotting. See our Pen Cleaners and Inks page.
Always plot on the preferred side of the media. This is noted on each package or label.
