NC Data Server: ADDO LanKING It is an Ethernet DNC Data Server for use with NC Controllers that do not have a data Server. It is able to transmit large volumes of manufacturing NC Data at high speed data ratio by Ethernet Interface (10BaseT) as ADDO LanKING is equipped with FTP server function as standard. It can be used easily on the Shop Floor where a Local Area Network is already installed. It is Small and Light weight (640g about 1.5lb) yet low cost investment making it easy to carry from office to shop floor. NC Data is stored into the Flash Disk which can keep all manufacturing NC Data even when the power is off. It can be used with good confidence as Flash Disk is strong enough to Heat, Vibration, Electric Noise in factory which has a bad environmental condition. NC Data Server: ADDO LanQUEEN It can use USB memory as replaceable external memory. A big volume of NC Data produced in PC can be transferred to CNC by ADDO-LanQUEEN. NC Data in CNC can also be transmitted in to ADDO-LanQUEEN. Both units can be used as hand carry storage with network interface or USB memory at PC and RS232C at CNC.

The N1060 NC Feeder Disk Drive, provides shop floor transfer of NC programs to and from CNC machine tools and PC-based computers. It emulates Fanuc, Mazak and Heidenhain floppy/cassette devices.

The N1060 NC Feeder Disk Drive automatically recognizes inserted MF2-DD or MF2-HD disks. DD disks give you a storage capacity of 720,000 characters and a maximum of approximately 100 NC programs, while HD disks provide a storage capacity of 1.4 million characters and a maximum of approximately 200 NC programs.

Featuring 512 kb of RAM and 256 kb Flash ROM memory. The optional rechargeable battery provides enough power for the N1060 to be used throughout an entire work shift without connection to the main power supply. Completely sealed for use even in harsh industrial environments found on the shop floor. You can use any amount of NC-program disks for each NC or CNC machining center with all parameter settings being saved which pertain to your particular machine, ASCII/ISO/EIA, Baud rate, data bits, stop bits, etc.

Communications with different NC-machines is facilitated by two serial RS-232-C (V.24) interfaces (110-19200 Baud) and one Current Loop (20Ma) interface (110-19200 Baud).
